27 riders attended in good conditions, Danny Thorogood winning with 22.48 from Shelley Childs seasons best of 24.09 with Paul Jones in third with 24.23. Tim Johnson continued his improvement with another PB as did Gari Jones & Simon Tudor.

It was also nice to see Leif Skot back to form with a strong 27 minute time.

Paul Jones produced a superb ride, fresh back from the Ystwyth Alpine Training Week, finishing with 24.03 to knock Jeff SAycell into second place. Due to the tough headwind on the return leg, there were not many PB’s this time.

Back to the regular 10 mile distance a week later, and Danny Thorogood, fresh from riding the British 10 mile Championships where he finished a creditable 73^rd out of 108 finishers with a time of 22.08, was again first with 22.48.

Jeff Saycell again showed strongly, distancing himself from the rest with 24.38 leaving former series winner Paul Robinson in third with 25.04.

Paul Brewer had to settle for fourth this week, scoring a PB in the process as did Euros Jones (25.40).

A hotly contested 26minutes category was won by Martin Saycell with Jasmine Sharp first female with 26.52 to take the lead in the female competition.

Colin Armstrong was too strong for Dai Clarke to win the 27 minute category, with a returning Leif Skot in third and junior Emyr Hopkins rode a personal best of 29.10 for fastest 29 minute time.
