Cool, very light intermittent showers
Good to see Sion and Ryan give this a go, it’s a tough one… And Gail our sole female representative. Great to see ten riders go under 36 minutes which I think equates to over 20mph. The course clearly suits Paul Brewer and Jade Wilmot has even managed to translate his lab‐based power outputs onto the road at last. Well done everyone!

Our first open event of the season is now less than two weeks away and the organiser is looking for helpers on the day. The course is the Pontrhydygroes-Abermagwr circuit, starting at Neuadd Goffa in Penparcau at midday. Any marshalls should report here by 11am to receive instructions and a bib/flag. The race will finish at New Row at approx 2.15pm.
If you wish to race, please enter asap as the race is approaching a full field.
