Angela Davies Memorial Road Race

17th March 2009

Just a reminder for all club members to please try to keep Sunday May 10th free for helping with one of only three road races held in mid wales in 2009.
The club needs minimum 15 marshalls and 5 officials to help te event take place. The race will start at midday from Llanfarian and we should all be finished by 3.30pm.

Please contact organiser Shelley Childs if you can help, or send an entry in if you plan to ride.

I’ll be on the start line for my annual kicking. Until the race is renamed the Tour de Borth I’ll keep plugging away!

This year though I’ll wait until Trawscoed before attacking….maybe….

Has anyone seen the top of the 49er recently? – I take it we’ll be including a mountain bike stage :-O

No 49er in this race, this one stays on the circuit.

yeah right, forgot. Worth keeping an eye out for Leif’s race in Autumn tho’. Will it be finished in time? – looks pretty major.
I fancy sending the riders up to Cwmystwyth, Pwllpeirian to finish at Hafod Arch – classic hill-top finish! I can say that cos i wouldn’t be doing it ;-)
