Jones on form.
Paul Jones took a convincing win on the Cwmrheidol course with a 24.00 time with Dewi Hughes and Tim Johnson tying for second with 24.29, a PB for Tim.
Colin Armstrong improved to become the fastest in the 26/27 min bracket and Ray Jenkins pipped Andrew Jenkins in the 28/29 min category.
Derek Rattray, Sally Harmer, Matt Camm & Paul Tedaldi also had personal best times.
